Delete Account
Request permanent deletion of your epPassword account and all associated data.
What will be deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All vault entries (passwords, secure notes, Wi-Fi credentials, medication records, documents)
- Cloud backups and synced data
- Family plan membership and all shared vault entries you created
- Emergency access grants (both granted and received)
- TOTP authenticator entries
- Subscription and Pro tier status
Deletion is processed within 30 days. Local data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through your app store before requesting deletion.
